Parking Idiots of Slovenia Unite!

The web site parkirni butci (parking idiots) boasts a small gallery of some of Slovenia's worst parkers. I quite like this idea, even if the page is rarely updated and possibly even dead. The site has a special section devoted solely to the policija, along with two pages of just regular old parking idiots. One interesting aspect of the site is that it doesn't blur the license plates -- in fact, they're reprinted in red above each picture, together with the make and model of the car. Just in case you missed it.

I guess the idea behind that page is this following: catch a parking idiot on camera - post it on the internet - let the people beg you (via email) to remove the delict photo - finally the 'parking idiots' site owner decides about the fee, depending upon the car the deliquent had...
I suppose it failed upon the ignorance of parking idiots - hey, what did you expect?!

I was shocked, when I moved from Ljubljana to Maribor. In Ljubljana, people do park like idiots sometime. In Maribor, they do it most of the time!
The sad part is that I started picking up the habbit. 'Nobody cares, so why should I', kind of way....

for what ever reason the policija butci link worked, but the first link
didn't work, you get some awful parking in Sarajevo too! loved the shot
with the beautiful police horse.

and then for only one time in my entire life I park on the sidewalk 2 meters outside the "official" Ljudski vrt parking lot and I get the 10.000 SIT ticket. 10000 tolars! And I wasn't even blocking anyone 'cause the sidewalks are really wide there ... meh :(
