The website of the National Gallery of Slovenia has, at long last, unveiled an English-language version of their site. You can browse through their permanent collection here. (It spans from the Middle Ages to 20th-century sculpture; the sub-menu is on the left.)

The English pages don’t seem to include much (or actually any) information about the artists beyond tombstone-type details. It’s also kind of depressing to think that Wikipedia has a larger collection of Ivana Kobilca paintings than the website of the National Gallery of Slovenia. There’s something very wrong about that, like getting beaten at your own game on home turf.
