    Ah! This picture must have been taken somewhere in rural Slovenia where people still take to citizen action. In Ljubljana a company named Gratel dug through entire Šiška area to lay down optic cables. But they “forgot” to repair the road in the process. But instead of citizen action, picket fences and so on, Ljubljanians just wait for municipal elections, hoping without hope that somebody will change something… Ah, the wonders of democracy ;)

    actually “razfukan” isn’t a classical swear word (like e.g. “pofukan”) but just a colloquial, obscene word for “damaged” or “destroyed”.
