Pravda means "the truth", or in this case "the untruth."

Let’s all give a warm ПоздравлÑ?ÑŽ (congratulations) to the Russian online news service Pravda, which recently conflated Slovakia and Slovenia in their story about Slovakia’s parliamentary elections. Despite the fact that the story itself contains three iterations of Slovakia, they still slapped the Slovenian flag on it and headlined it under Slovenia.
