Early Slovenian hackers? A picture from Delo in 1996. (original)
It seems that someone has hacked into Delo’s popular blogging service. Quite a few people had their old posts deleted, including Carniola-favorite Luka. The people at Delo sent out an e-mail (which I also got, since I have a fallow account there) explaining that someone had written a zlonamerno skripto (malevolent script) and offered their apologies. Luka packed up and moved elsewhere, as have others.
This isn’t the first haq attaq on Slovenian blogs. There was a futile attempt to hack into si.blogs this past March, which Vidmar swatted away, and also a successful hack into Slovenia’s oldest blog, 2 much beauty. (Can’t find the link, but I remember it happening) For that matter, Blogger has also been hacked into. Is nowhere safe?
(Thanks Luka, and good luck at your new place!)

It was an inside job. Danilo Slivnik thinks that truth has a liberal bias.
That’s why the paper edition’s daily circulation plummeted from 72.000 to 57.000 in just 2 months.
So long, Delo!
Splinder i guess is safe reagarding hacking matters, even though it does not work with safari browser, and I find it sometimes misterious the ways of operating and the logix of the whole service. it is actually quite crap! Does anybody besides Vidmar know how to move the whole blog to another client?
I only know hot to move a Blogger blog. A blogger blog moves faster than you can say “blog”. Blog blog.
Otherwise, shame on Delo. I am not a fan of tinfoil hats, so I don’t think this was some sort of an inside job orchestrated by the chief editor or whatever.
Servus, Michael:
I didn’t imagine you’d turn the whole thing into a commercial for my new blog
Anyway, this was only the tip of the iceberg of Delo’s unprofessional behaviour: although I must admit they made an attemt to solve things out. However, the portal lost most of its best bloggers.
C’est la vie…
