"Slovenia invigorates" — Four kurents land in Iraq.

The Slovenian Tourist Office has a 34-page handbook on how to properly display their slogan "Slovenia invigorates." (I’m not kidding. You can download it here: Manual on the Use of Position Slogan of Slovene Tourism. [pdf] ) I somehow doubt they like the way the people at pozivlja.si have appropriated it.

Some of you may remember these guys as the ones behind the provocative posters of a sad gypsy child with the slogan underneath: "If you’re not good, we’ll give you to the Slovenes." (You can see a picture of it here.) They’ve now turned their sights to the four Slovenian soldiers recently deployed to Iraq.

They’ve also made an animated art film entitled Kurenti v Iraku ("Kurents in Iraq") You can choose from krajši (short teaser), celoten (complete), or celoten v boljši kvaliteti (high-quality, complete). The download page is here.
