Adsense misfired shortly after going live. (screenshot)
This site has officially sold out. To whom? To the man, of course. The Google ads you see on the side of the screen are only the beginning. Coming soon: Pop-ups, pop-unders, pop-overs, pop-all-over-the-places, interstitials, eyeblasters, shoshkeles, and overlays. Also: Lots and lots of suspicious posts with content like: "Hey, have you guys ever tried a cool, refreshing Cockta? When I want to be refreshed, I only refresh myself with Cockta! It’s refreshing!" I suppose this is bad news for everyone who hates ads, but good news for everyone who loves cheap viagra and meeting hot authentic Slovenian women. (Thanks ill-advised!)
Jokes aside: I will try to keep things under control. If the ads bug you, I strongly suggest getting Firefox, which will let you block them out entirely. Otherwise, the ads will help send a little coffee-money to me and the goons who designed the site. Which is nice.
