eagles nest.jpg
A banner for the Indian Village: Eagle’s Nest.

There is a little children’s playground on the base of the Pohorje mountain called Orlovo gnezdo (the Eagle’s Nest). I only have two problems with it:

1) You can’t name anything Eagle’s Nest anymore. Just like you can’t have a toothbrush moustache
anymore. Before 1933, sure. After 1945, definitely not. (Then again, I
suppose we can all be relieved that they didn’t name it the Wolfsschanze.)

2) Why does the Indian chief have to be an aryan? At the
very least they could’ve found someone with dark eyes, no? I like a
little bit of historical realism with my playgrounds, thank you very
much.

Otherwise, it’s perfect.

(Thanks Dances with Trons!
