I’ve posted to this site, it would be professionally remiss of me to
ignore this Slovenian gem. Especially since it boasts a young Natalija Verboten, who is captured here for posterity before her transformation into national sex symbol and icon. She’s come a long way, baby.

Ahem… Sex symbol? Excuse my ignorance, but Natalija will always
look like a decent farmer daughter with a pitchfork in her hands piling
hay into a stack. She certainly has some attributes (two of
them, to be precise) that could be used to make her a sex symbol.
However, she just doesn’t know how to ‘wear’ them. I seriously doubt
that it was her idea to become something like that. It’s probably
managers and recording industry.
How do you say "sacrilege" in Slovene?
Svetoskrunstvo or bogokletje.

It’s very likely the record business’ idea. The worst part is that is what sells.
Give me Natalia’s sweet dimpled smile. Give me her sexy little outfit. And then gimme those five hot hunky dudes that seem to be permanently at her disposal. NOW!
i agree with bigwhale. she`s not a sex symbol. the funny thing is you
keep expecting her to do something "sexy" but all she does is flash her
smile and talk like she`s in kindergarten. She should be flashing
something else.
Natalija is a shallow bitch. I wouldn’t kick her out of my bed, though. At least not before…
She is a sex symbol. But only in Slovenia. Which just goes to show you the desperate lack of REAL sex symbols around this place. I’m not saying she’s bad-looking. She just doesn’t have that je ne sais quoi factor like JLo, Marylin Monroe or Madonna had/have. (Sorry Michael. Lol)

that one guy? That’s odd, is it part of Slovenian peasant dress? Or is
it some mistaken effort to be ‘hip’?
Well, I’d prefer Natalija to Lepa Brena (looks not music!)By
the way, what a terrible picture of the oberkrainer band! One guy (in
the mid) is sleping, Natalija & the guy next to her are lookig to
the photographer (up left by the camera axis), while the rest of the
bunch is staring directly at the lens!
