rtl croatia.jpg
A clip from the news on RTL Hrvatska. Click to watch.(2.8 MB)

I have a weakness for news bloopers; they please me in my soul. They don’t have to be outrageous
just enough to strip down the stern veil of broadcast journalism for a
brief moment or two. To that end, the above clip (from a Croatian
news program) features a wonderful zen moment when the anchorman (left) asks the reporter in Brussels (right)
what information he has. The reporter — who obviously has no idea he’s
on air — starts singing numbers for what seems to be an audio test.

I tip my hat to the anchorman for managing to keep it together. (Although he’s certainly not made of stone, as this other clip demonstrates.)

(Thanks Miran!
