The Balkans during the Crusades, with Karantania included. (source)

The University of Texas at Austin has a great collection of historical maps of the Balkans: the Perry-CastaƱeda Library Map Collection. It includes such goodies as the decline of the Ottoman Empire from 1683 to 1923 and city maps of Sarajevo and Belgrade circa 1905.

There are also military maps from the siege of Sarajevo, plus very many more.
