The following are taken verbatim from the Slovene Phrase Book, a small guidebook for English-speaking tourists, published by FON d.o.o. in April 2002.

Rada bi masažo obraza1
I’d like a face massage.

Odpeljali vas bodo v bolnišnico.
You’ll be taken to the hospital.

Nezaposlenim vstop prepovedan.2
No entrance for unemployed.

Jaz sem odgovoren za škodo!
I’m responsible for the damage!

Tukaj bi rad izstopil.3
I’d like to get out of here, please.

Moj sin se je izgubil.4
My son is missing.

Žal mi je, tega nam je zmanjkalo.
I regret there is no more left.

1. The book doesn’t mention any other types of massage, which makes this even stranger.

2. They mean “Personnel only.”

3. They mean “I’d like to get off here, please” like you might say on a bus. The mistranslation is wonderful, though.

4. I think that if this really happened, few people would have the presence of mind to open the guidebook and search for this phrase. No?
