Slovenian bloggers Andrej and Sasa were both at the Slovenia/Latvia friendly on Wednesday and took a ton of great pictures. Latvia won the match 1-0, after striker Maris Verpakovskis benefitted from some “sloppy defending” by Aleksander Knavs.

Slovenia’s next friendly is against Switzerland on the 28th of April.

    It is interesting that nobody mantioned that one of the Latvian players played the ball with his hand right before the goal was scored :(
