Written Order of a Minor Offense
Declares:
that for a minor offense according to the first paragraph of article 11, the law regarding minor offences against public peace and order (Ur. l. SRS number 16/74 and 42/88, in the text ZJRM),
that he, on the 31st of August 2003, at 04:35 in the village of Stari trg pri Lozu, on Notranjski Odred Street, number 30, behaved in an indecent way against an official person while this person was conducting official business, and that when the policeman, of the police station Cerknica, informed him that there would be an official procedure against him due to a minor traffic offense, he did reply: “Go fuck yourself, fucker.”
We hereby pronounce:
Monetary judgement of 7.000 sit (seven thousand)1
