Slovenia and Slovakia: Doomed to forever being mixed up.

So that we settle this quickly and painlessly:

What is the difference between Slovakia and Slovenia and how do you pronounce them in various languages?

Despite very helpful guides like the one above, confusion persists. Here are just a few examples:

1) The World Tourism Directory.
2) EuroHockey.net (Check Andrej Brodnik’s birthplace)
3) The European Science Foundation (Check where the Steering Committee will meet)
